Another recording from his Cover to Cover tour from 1991 can be found on the Elton John/Bernie Taupin tribute album Two Rooms.
Once again George produced a song originally from another artist perfectly like he did with all the other tunes from that incredible tour
(Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me, I Believe (When I Fall In Love It Will Be Forever),
Killer/Papa Was A Rolling Stone and Calling You.
George had this to say about his contribution for the Two Rooms album:
"I can still remember the first time I heard this song. As usual, I had bought Elton's latest album, (in this case, 'Blue Moves')
on the day of release, and I listened to it the entire evening. Even though I was only 13 years old, Tonight was possibly the most moving song I had ever heard.
To sing that same song 15 years later, with an adult understanding of its' lyric, and as a friend of the two men who wrote it, it's a great privilege."
