George wrote this song which was the third single from Older about his fear of AIDS. In the accompanying video a barrel of a gun appears and it then is quite clear what kind of wheel George means.
The comparison to a Russian Roulette appears through the lyrics: "...One of these days you're gonna bring some home to me...".
Two songs which by then had not appeared before were released with the single: You Know That I Want To and Safe and there were 2 videos made for the song, one with the Radio Edit and a more danceable one with the Forthright Edit.
